Dave Evans received his B.Sc.

from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, University
of London. He has a variety of professional experience in business,

Steve Rickard, is a real estate
appraiser/land economist with a broad range of experience in
a 30 year career in real estate. As a one-time developer, and
builder he has had direct experience in real estate construction;
he has been successful as a real estate appraiser and still
manages a flourishing property tax consulting firm. More recently
he has acted in the alternative dispute resolution process as
both a mediator and an arbitrator. |

George Steber has three decades
of experience in architecture, construction, development, urban
planning and at senior levels of management in municipal government.
He has been the sole arbitrator and panel chairman in construction
development, consumer, municipal, labour and land use planning
arbitrations. He has served on several construction and provincial
arbitration panels and is familiar with the concerns and expectations
of parties. |

Jim obtained a Bachelor of Arts in physical sciences and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan. His dispute resolution training was with Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS). His dispute resolution practice since 1994 includes arbitration, mediation and instruction in conflict resolution. Disputes handled include motor vehicle warranties, divorce, oil and gas, community, estates, taxation, municipal, real estate and employment. He provides ADR training in communication, negotiation and mediation. |
