Steve Rickard was granted an Honours degree in Urban Geography from McMaster University in 1974. Since then his activities in private business include developing property & building homes, real estate holdings, including gaining the status of an Accredited Real Estate Appraiser (1981) and a Chartered Arbitrator (1994). His volunteer community service work along with over 30 years as a small business owner are strong assets in helping Steve understand and resolve disputes. |

Gary has worked in the energy business as a P.Eng for over 36 years. Since 1999, Gary has provided services as a mediator, facilitator, arbitrator, coach, and trainer. His ADR practice has included hundreds of mediations and arbitrations in many areas including government, commercial, corporate, community, workplace, construction, and court sanctioned. George Steber has three decades
of experience in architecture, construction, development, urban
planning and at senior levels of management in municipal government.
He has been the sole arbitrator and panel chairman in construction
development, consumer, municipal, labour and land use planning
arbitrations. He has served on several construction and provincial
arbitration panels and is familiar with the concerns and expectations
of parties. |

Jim obtained a Bachelor of Arts in physical sciences and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan. His dispute resolution training was with Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS). His dispute resolution practice since 1994 includes arbitration, mediation and instruction in conflict resolution. Disputes handled include motor vehicle warranties, divorce, oil and gas, community, estates, taxation, municipal, real estate and employment. He provides ADR training in communication, negotiation and mediation. |
