Stanley Brown - Chartered Arbitrator Stan Brown holds P.Eng. and P. Geol. designations and is a member of APEGGA. He is the Principal of James Stanley Brown Consulting, with over 35 years of domestic and international oil and gas experience. Mr. Brown has been a member of the Alberta Arbitration & Mediation Society since 1990 and a mediator and arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 1994. He is a member of the BBB Dispute Settlement Advisory Committee and has been an arbitrator for the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan (CAMVAP) since 1994. In addition, Mr. Brown has been a Member, Neutral Panel, of The Canadian Foundation for Dispute Resolution since 1997. He has completed numerous AAMS courses in both arbitration and mediation.
